How to add a voicemail

  1. Go to Administration dropdown on the top right of account

  2. Select Manage Campaigns

  3. Go to the "Call Flow" Column. Click on the campaign you want to add the voicemail. New Page will pop up

  4. Select the Voicemail button

  5. Click on Edit Settings. Select Text to Speech, Upload MP3, Upload MP3 URL, or Record Audio

  6. Hit Save Button
