How to use business hours to route calls during open and closed business hours

  1. Go to Administration dropdown on the top right of account

  2. Select Manage Campaigns

  3. Go to the "Call Flow" Column. Click on the campaign you want to add business hours. New Page will pop up

  4. Select Ring 1 Number. Then click the Edit Settings Button

  5. Select YES for "Specify Hours"

  6. Modify the business hours

  7. Hit Save Button
