How to forward calls to phone numbers (rotated)

  1. Go to Administration dropdown on the top right of account

  2. Select Manage Campaigns

  3. Go to the "Call Flow" Column. Click on the campaign you want to forward to a rotate phone numbers. New Page will pop up

  4. Select Round Robin. Then hit the Edit Settings Button

  5. Add the phone numbers that will rotate

  6. Hit Save Button
