Go to the Administration dropdown on the top right of account

Select "Manage Call Flow" button. New page will appear

Select "ADD CALL FLOW" on the top left

Enter a name for the call flow and select which type pertains to that call flow

4. Enter a name for the call flow and select which type pertains to that call flow
5. Hit Save Button
