How to create a call flow

  1. Go to the Administration dropdown on the top right of account

  2. Select "Manage Call Flow" button. New page will appear

  3. Select "ADD CALL FLOW" on the top left

  4. Enter a name for the call flow and select which type pertains to that call flow

  5. Hit Save Button
