How to add a campaign default voicemail

  1. Go to Administration dropdown on the top right of account

  2. Select Manage Campaigns

  3. Click on a Campaign Name. New window will open.

  4. Middle of new window. Look for Default Voicemail

  5. Select either Text to Speech, Upload MP3, Enter MP3 URL, or Record Audio

  6. Hit Save Button
