Go to Administration dropdown menu on the top right

Select a Campaign Name. It will open a new window

At the bottom of the new window it says "Delete Recording After" then select how many days to delete the recording

4. At the bottom of the new window it says "Delete Recording After" then select how many days to delete the recording
