You must have three things to track your phone calls.

1) A Tracking Number

2) A Campaign

3) A Call Flow

A tracking number is a phone number that is used for tracking purposes. The tracking number is used to track offline or online ads.

Steps

Purchase a tracking number

Assign the tracking to a source or give it a name

Create a campaign

Assign the tracking number to the campaign

Setup a call flow
